What we check:
①STIR/SHAKEN attestation — the FCC-mandated caller verification protocol. If your number has low attestation, carriers silently flag or block your calls before they even ring.
②Spam/robocall score — we check carrier databases (Nomorobo) to see if your number has been flagged. If it has, your calls go straight to spam on iPhones and Androids.
③Caller ID (CNAM) — does your business name show when you call? If it shows "Unknown" or just a bare number, customers don't answer.
④Line type detection — mobile, landline, or VoIP. Each has different trust levels with carriers and different capabilities.
⑤SMS capability — can your number receive text messages? If you're on a landline, every customer who texts you gets nothing.
